Ozzy Fire Hose Dog Tug
$28.00
**THIS IS NOT A CHEW TOY. IF YOU LEAVE IT WITH YOUR DOG TO CHEW ON THEY WILL LIKELY DESTROY IT WITH ENOUGH TIME**

Tired of the poor quality fire hose tugs that claim to be fire hoses but end up being jute fabric that only last a few hours, we set out to produce a fire hose tug that would stand up to the bravest and the baddest. Ladies and Gentlemen, we present the Ozzy Fire Hose Tug

These tugs are awesome HOWEVER they're not safe to use so I can not recommend them. I bought the red fire hose tug and in the first use it leaked red dye all over my dogs mouth, my hands and my clothes. I contacted K9-Ops and they couldn't have been more helpful. They sent me a yellow tug free of charge.
Unfortunately, that tug also leaked dye. Bummer. Oddly I only found one other review with the same issue. So, there's either an intermittent manufacturing issue OR people just aren't using their tugs appropriately and haven't noticed the problem.
I've washed these tugs in hot water several times. Each washing results in the water turning color so obviously the dye is coming out but I haven't achieved a total removal.
If they can address this issue they'll have the nicest tug on the market for hard biting dogs. Five stars for custom service but the tug itself is one star.

My 95lb German Shepherd loves this Ozzy Fire Hose Dog Tug. The bright yellow color caught her attention immediately, however the leather like tug strap at the end is apparently super tasty lol so she has bitten thru that portion. As for the body it’s super durable and her teeth have not been able to penetrate. She loves the Ozzy Fire Hose toy, and picks it over her favorite squeaky toy. If your dog is a chewer maybe consider getting it without the tug, or maybe K-9Ops can make the tug portion out of the same fire hose material? Overall a fantastic toy to satisfy her chewing needs.

My 110lb gsd loves this tug and finds it much more rewarding than rubber ball type tugs for training. After using one for about 8 months daily, the firehose has surprisingly held up to his violence save for a few small nicks. However, the foam inside started getting crushed after about 4 months, and no longer floats quite as well. 8 months is a good life for a tug toy put through the wringer like this, and I ordered a replacement already. I understand the foam might stand up to the play of most other smaller dogs just fine, but I hope it'll be improved in the future.
Otherwise, this is a well designed, well sized, and very rewarding tug for larger dogs.

Love the fact that it is yellow and can see when I throw in the tall grass.
K9 Ops are amazing products. You cannot go wrong with anything

I bought a fire hose tug. The tug was amazing. I had an issue with the handle and they replaced it immediately. No questions asked just sent him a picture and order #. They had my order shipped to me ASAP! Single best dog product we own. Completely wears dog out.

We have a Belgium Shepherd who goes thru toys like candy. She's finally met her match. This toy is well made and strong and can stand up to her endless abuse.
C
Great Tug, very durable! Dog loves it!
K
The absolute best rug I’ve ever used! The handles are perfection, the tug is rugged and tough and holds up to my dog. She has yet to tear it up and it’s holding its “fluffiness” even though it’s played with pretty roughly. You don’t have to fiddle trying to grab the handles because they stay open and easy to grab. They don’t hold odor are can easily be wiped off. Seriously, if you stop making these contact me first .

My GSD loves these! I bought both the double handle and no handle as well as the ball and my pup is absolutely loving them! They are amazing quality so tough/durable and so far don't even look at all like my boy has even started playing with them!
J
Excellent training aid. Great quality and extremely durable.
K
Took our hyper GSD mix less
than an hour to shred playing
tug.

My GSD enjoys tugging on this fire hose. I like that her teeth don't get stuck in it like some tugs. It's been great for when the temps drop too low for outside time and we need to burn off some energy. The only issue is she likes to grab the handles, but we are working on that. Great product!

My dogs love their new tugs! K9 Ops customer service and timeliness of the order were both outstanding. Excellent all around experience!
C
Ordered these as gifts for my godpups. Their dad (Cpl Scott Lockerman) tells me, "The tugs are durable and a hit with Khari."
J
Very tough and durable. Great for my malinois mix. Accidentally ordered without handles. Has turned into a great fetch toy.
L
We use the hose dog toy in our local lake. It’s great!

Ozzy Fire Hose Dog Tug
A
This is the most durable fire hose tug I have ever purchased. My dog loves playing with it! I will definitely be ordering more in the future
M
My Malinois loves this tug and is always eager to play and work! It’s thick and she can’t destroy it very easily!
R
It’s much too big even for my German Shepard, the dye comes off onto her gums making it look like she’s bleeding. The quality is great and it shipped to my house in 3 days. The website was easy to navigate. I will be buying a ball on a rope from K-9 Ops but not the tug again.

Newest addition for my SAR K9 high value rewards during training.
Use the double handles for lifting as much of my 95 lb GSD up off the ground as possible.
Very happy on performance & durability over the past few months.
