Returns

Return Policy:

Returns of new, *unused items are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. 
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. For returns after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. After 60 from the original ship date, unfortunately no returns will be accepted.

- We do not accept returns of custom or customized products -

No refunds will be given for shipping charges.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return of the product.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact us at info@k9opsusa.com prior to shipping the product back to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RETURNS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING FEE OF 15% PLUS THE COST OF ANY ACCRUED POSTAGE FEES.

*The item must be in the condition it was received with no signs of wear to any part of the item.

**Defective merchandise may be returned at any time with proper authorization. To determine if a product is “Defective” we may require photos, and in some cases the actual product returned to us. By doing this we will not only be able to assess the defect, but also work to prevent any similar problems in future products.

EXCHANGES: K9 Ops does not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product please order the product that you would like then treat the original product as a return based on the information above.
