Return Policy:
Returns of new, *unused items are gladly accepted within 30 days of the original ship date.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. For returns after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. After 60 from the original ship date, unfortunately no returns will be accepted.
No refunds will be given for shipping charges.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return of the product.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please contact us at sales@ k9-ops.com.com prior to shipping the product back to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. RETURNS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE ARE POSSIBLY SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING FEE OF 15% PLUS THE COST OF ANY ACCRUED POSTAGE FEES.
*The item must be in the condition it was received with no signs of wear to any part of the item.
**Defective merchandise may be returned at any time with proper authorization. To determine if a product is “Defective” we may require photos, and in some cases the actual product returned to us. By doing this we will not only be able to assess the defect, but also work to prevent any similar problems in future products.

Return Policy
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date, subject to our refund policy. Custom leashes are not returnable. Please contact us for return authorization before sending an item back.

Product care
Care depends on the product. Pro-Tech BioThane leashes can be washed with dishwashing detergent and should be dried immediately. Do not allow your dog to chew them. See the product care instructions for details.
